History and Background

Century Village transformed the once-rural landscape of Pembroke Pines into a vibrant, planned community for active adults. Initiated in 1969 and completed by the mid-1990s, the development brought to life approximately 7,000 units across neighborhoods like Buckingham, Cambridge, and Falmouth. The buildings range from 2 to 4 stories and include elevators for added convenience.
